SMALL GROUPS... Join one of our small groups! As well as making great friends they're great places to support and encourage each other and learn from other people's wisdom and experiences.

PRAY...

Prayer is vital in all we do. Every sunday night we have our church prayer meeting at the rock offices 6.30-7.30pm- open to all; come along and learn how to pray more effectively.

OVERSEAS MISSION... Thinking of going abroad this summer or feeling called there longterm? Newfrontiers run a number of short-term mission teams and missions training oppurtunities. Check out here for all the details.

SERVE IN CHURCH...

Serving at church is a great way to get involved, rub shoulders with lots of wise, Godly people, and bless a whole host of folk in the process. There's loads of opputunities...youth, kids, creche, set-up, worship, welcome, PA, admin, mums and toddlers, student lunches, tea and coffee, alpha, discipling new Christians...and the list will keep growing!
