Our
History
The Church began in January
2002, when Matthew and Ann Clifton-Brown (right) moved up from Newcastle,
England, together with a dozen others moving to Edinburgh from Newcastle
and other parts of the UK.
This move was a result of families
feeling that God was specifically calling them to Edinburgh to 'plant'
a new church here, to help bring to this beautiful city the wonder of
who Jesus is and what he has done for each of us.

Since that time many more have
joined us, from all parts of the city and beyond - from Livingston to
Linlithgow! There are around 120 adults and 25 or so children, who come
from a variety of different walks of life, including a number of students
from all of the Universities in the city.
In fact numerous others have
since felt a similar call to other parts of Scotland, and church plants
have now started in Glasgow and Perth.
Our
Leadership
During 2005 a team of elders
were appointed to lead the church: Matthew, Dan & Jon.
