We all need a helping hand sometimes. Many people have a hidden cry for “freedom from debt and hope for the future”. One in eight households in the UK are struggling with debt and, with the cost of living rising, this crisis is worsening, affecting both health and relationships. Those with money problems often feel alone, ashamed, and totally trapped.
We are offering help to anyone who needs to get in control of their money and their debts, through our partnership with Community Money Advice (CMA).
What we would like you to know from the beginning is that the support and advice you receive from us and CMA Hub, our advice provider, is free, impartial, confidential and based on your individual circumstances. We will work with you throughout the whole advice process. There are a number of things that can be looked at and the decision as to the way forward will be up to you, with guidance from CMA Hub.
We are here to guide and support you to access the advice you need, so that you can decide the best way forward to sort out money problems and get out of debt.
