Grow Leadership Training

Let’s Grow!

We want our churches to be places of growth:
– Personal growth, as we become more like Jesus.
– Numerical growth, as people are brought into God’s kingdom.
– Geographical growth, as we reach more of Scotland with the gospel, particularly through planting more churches.

For these things to happen we need many people taking responsibility in our churches: men and women who are growing in their knowledge of God and His ways, in the skills they need to make things happen, and in their character to serve as God intends.

Grow is an ongoing training programme for anyone leading in church life. Whether you’ve just been asked to start helping with something, or you’ve been leading for decades, we believe that Grow will do you good – and those around you. You can watch previous Grow sessions here.

Learning To Hear God’s Voice, with Sarah Varley

Saturday 4th October, 9.30am – 12.30pm

Jesus teaches that all believers can hear His voice, and as a church we are committed to eager seeking prophecy – yet many of us struggle to experience this day to day. This training event will help us learn together to hear God more consistently and accurately.

Sarah Varley (from Redeemer Church Rotterdam) will be teaching us, and helping us apply this to serve and bless others. You can watch a brief introduction from Sarah here; if you were at our Weekend Away in 2024, you will have met her before and seen how she has grown in this gift herself.
