Evergreen Café

Evergreen is a community where older folks can have fun and make friends. The Evergreen Café happens once a month on a Saturday afternoon, 2-4pm, at our church building (104 Gilmore Place). It is open to regulars and first-time guests. Our building is accessible and every guest is made to feel welcome with care taken for their particular needs.

Each month there’s a different theme; perhaps most importantly, there is always tea and biscuits!

Here’s what’s happening in the next few months:

Saturday 14th February: Crafts & Tea

Have a lovely afternoon chatting over tea and trying a few easy crafts together.

Saturday 14th March: TV Shows

Share laughs and memories as we play some favourite TV show-style games together.

Sunday 11th April: Easter Roast

Tuck into a tasty roast dinner and celebrate Easter with good company.

Saturday 9th May: Sports Day

Join in some light-hearted games and plenty of laughs indoors.

Saturday 13th June: Music with Libby

Sing along, tap your feet, or just enjoy the music with Libby.

Saturday 11th July: Summer BBQ

Soak up the sunshine and enjoy a classic BBQ with friends.
