The story of Christmas is good news for everyone! Come and celebrate, sing, or simply explore for yourself what makes Christmas uniquely special. Whether you never usually come to church, or you’re a regular attender, there’s a warm welcome for you this Christmas at King’s Church Edinburgh.
All our Christmas events will be held at our building, 104 Gilmore Place, Edinburgh, EH3 9PL. For more information about any of the events below, please get in touch.
Friday 1st Dec, 7pm
Test your seasonal knowledge and claim a prize with our brand-new quiz. Come as a team, or ready to join with others. Bring your own drinks, and a £1 entrance fee
Saturday 2nd Dec, 1-5.30pm
We’ll be serving hot drinks and mince pies all afternoon, there's a drawing class (1-2pm, prebooking required), crafts for all (2-3pm), and a family Christmas movie (3-5pm).
Sunday 10th Dec, 10.30am-12pm
Get into the fun of Christmas with this special event for families with younger children. There will be crafts, games, activities, and refreshments for everyone afterwards.
Sunday 10th Dec, 6.30-7.30pm
Join a crowd of hundreds singing traditional carols and listening to the original accounts of the Christmas story.
17th Dec, 7th Jan, 10.30am
You are always welcome to come along to one of our Sunday services. We will be meeting on 17th December at 10.30am, we won't meet on 24th or 31st December, and we'll restart on 7th January.
