Evergreen Café

Evergreen is a community where older folks can have fun and make friends. The Evergreen Café happens once a month on a Saturday afternoon, 2-4pm, at our church building (104 Gilmore Place). It is open to regulars and first-time guests. Our building is accessible and every guest is made to feel welcome with care taken for their particular needs.

Each month there’s a different theme; perhaps most importantly, there is always tea and biscuits!

Here’s what’s happening in the next few months:

Saturday 11th July: Summer BBQ

Soak up the sunshine and enjoy a classic BBQ with friends.

Saturday 15th August: Team Games

Have a go at fun group games and friendly competition.

Saturday 12th September: Poetry with Suzanne

Share and listen to heartfelt poems over a cuppa.
