Our story

In 2002, a team of a dozen or so people, led by Matthew Clifton-Brown, moved to Edinburgh to start a new church, hoping to contribute to all that God is doing in this great city. Since that time, hundreds of people have become part of our community, discovering and enjoying the love of Jesus.

Our Vision

God has called us to be a church that is all-in for Jesus, reaching all kinds of people with all of the gospel, going into all of the communities of Edinburgh and all of the world

There are many people at King’s with leadership responsibilities. Overseeing all of this is a team recognised by the church as being called by God to be elders

Alongside the many volunteers, we have a paid staff who run many of the key areas of King’s and ensure that the practical day-to-day business of church life goes smoothly
